Cloney merchandise being sent within the Continental USA ships via USPS Priority Mail (unless another available method is selected by the customer). Cloney charges a flat $7 USPS Priority Mail shipping rate. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery upon Priority Mail shipment.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or need to return an item for any reason, simply return the items to use in their original condition with tags attached and packaging within 14 days of receipt and we will issue you a refund. Returns should be accompanied by the original packing slip. The customer is responsible for return delivery and we highly recommend using a service that provides tracking information.

Cloney will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and a valid Return Authorization Number. Please contact [email protected] for all order and return inquiries and to receive your Return Authorization Number.
